We're happy to inform you that as of January 3, 2016 (the "Effective Date"), your account with Safecap Investments Limited, at www.markets.com.cn will be moved to www.cn-markets.com under STA Global Investments Pty Ltd ("STA"), an Australian broker regulated by ASIC with license number 424008. Our commitment to our clients is a constant never-ending improvement of services - we continuously strive to offer the best and most reliable trading experience, and this is yet another step in becoming the world's leading provider of online trading.
We are working hard to provide a seamless transition, so the status of your account, funds, open positions and all other applications and services that you've been receiving will not be affected. Furthermore, you will still have access to professional support, tailored to your time zone, location and most importantly - your trading needs.
As of the Effective Date (January 3, 2016), you will be able to login to your account using the same credentials via the new website which will be hosted at www.cn-markets.com.
Four simple steps to activate your account:
Please go to www.markets.com.cn and login to your "My Account" section.
As of December 28, 2015 a pop-up will appear as soon as you login to your "My Account" informing you of the transition.
Please read the new Legal documents of STA, which will appear in the pop-up and accept them.
Please read and approve the new STA statement.
Kindly note that, if you do not accept the legal documents in the pop-up until the effective date (January 3, 2016), your account with Safecap Investment Limited will be terminated on January 10, 2016. Your open positions will be closed and any funds remaining in your account will be returned in accordance with our return of funds policy.
