浅谈英国FCA经纪商都采用什么样的经营模式。

      英国经纪商以安全、合规、稳定著称，但是英国经纪商众多，经营方式复杂。而监管对经纪商的经营方式，都在监管上显示。而很多客户看不懂。由于是比较深入的探讨交易模式和操作方式。所以我们浅谈交易商模式，仅供参考！

     属于纯MM模式做市商，监管上出现这句话的，就是代表着该经纪商为做市商，你的所有的订单，做市商自己处理，然后吃掉客户的订单。对于正规的经纪商，做市商并不是一定不好。 做市商的优点是数据的稳定性和平台的稳定。一般只有实力大的公司，才会注册做市商。假如对于交易稳定盈利的客户，该种类型的经纪商会把你的单子，进行外冲。他们会建立一个公司账户，然后会接入其他银行，和你的单子对冲出去。由于做市商权限比较大，常见的交易商模式为MM/STP/ECN

     Unable to hold financial instruments for own account unless it meets the 'matched principal exemption conditions' in the FSA's Glossary of defined expressions used in the FSA's Handbook  释义：除非FSA手册有明确的表达豁免，不然不允许用自己的账户来控制金融工具

      属于纯STP/ECN经纪商，该经纪商类型就是纯经纪商，不参与客户的对赌。客户的交易订单，经纪商必须要全部无限制的，提供给供应商处理。经纪商自己不处理这些单子。这类型的经纪商，一般的交易模式为STP/ECN。所有的客户订单直通到上层的供应商。

     属于纯STP/ECN经纪商，该类型的经纪商是限制类的牌照，经纪商可以根据自己的要求，把客户的订单选择性的提供给不同的供应商。

    属于纯STP/ECN经纪商，该类型的经纪商一般是和关联公司进行合作。客户的订单提供给关联公司，关联公司进行处理这部分的订单。  在法律上来，这家经纪商不参与客户的订单处理，属于纯经纪商。  但是他上层的供应商却和这家公司相互有关联。 所以存在一些利益关系。  常见的情况是 一个集团在不同的地区注册的子公司，而英国的公司把所有的客户订单交给其他其他子公司（母公司）在处理。

总结：在监管页面，我们会发现，很多经纪商同时具有多种类型的市场操作模式，可能是做市商，也可能是纯匹配经纪商。 其实这样的情况不矛盾。主要是分清楚是公司内部的账户还是对外部的账号来接受客户的订单。
